How can my organizer that is not on an Apple device change my screen time passcode?

I have set up a screen time passcode for myself, but have forgotten it. The “forget passcode?” option doesn’t show, and I don’t know what it is so I can’t set up new screen time limits. I’ve looked up how to fix this, but it says that the organizer has to be on an Apple device to change it. Since my organizer isn’t on an Apple device, I can’t change my passcode. I don’t know what to do because I have completely forgotten it and me and my organizer of our family sharing don’t know what to do, or how to change it. Please help!!!
