Am no expert in this area, yet your request surely deserves some response.

Apple Pay only uses credit and debit cards and some e-money cards added to wallet.

Seems you can pay bit-coin (using a "copy and paste" code) only to those who are able to accept it.

Seems you can sell the bitcoin and have it paid to your bank if you want

bitcoin likely has (training) videos or articles that explain how to use it on their website.

Discovered there is a free bitcoin app (choose for iPhone or iPad) available in the App Store

Requires iOS 16.0 or later, or iPadOS 16.0 or later.
