Hi

Is there any way to use WhatsApp with managed Apple IDs?

I use an MDM and have Apple Business and Managed IDs on all devices.

WhatsApp deploys and launches but appears to want to make in-app purchases.

Whatsapp has no in-app purchases whatsoever.

Are you sure they are downloading the official Whatsapp app?

Looks like there was a missing setting in our MDM (JAMF). Got it working

You'll need to contact the developer to see your options. Managed Apple IDs cannot purchase from the App Store.

Thanks. I did contact them before posting here but they said they couldn't help.
