Endless freezing on Iphone 11 after ios 17.4.1

Iphone 11 is unusable after updating the ios 17.4.1. Its freezing and after forcing shutdown, recovery mode and restoring its still freezing. My icloud storage is low but after hard resetting its still freezing. Kindly assist
