When I use Chrome and Edge on macOS 14.4.1 to upload files, I cannot select the tar.gz type. There is no problem on macOS 12 or on Windows.

you can try changing the compression if you have an issue as is.
The upload of this web site has format restrictions, supporting three types:.zip,.tar, and.tar.gz. I used three browsers, Chrome, Edge, and Safari, under macOS 14.4.1, and the file selection interfaces popped up by all three browsers do not support.tar.gz. On the same website, in the browsers under Windows 11 and macOS 12, the.tar.gz file can be normally selected.
