i have a issue with my setup i Think its my Sony xr 80aj that is the problem i have a soundbar connected to earc and when the Apple tv is connected to one of the other hdmi then the tv cant see the soundbar any more and do not turn it on so only Sound from the tv speaker, does anyone have a solution to this issue

What is the brand and model soundbar? That might be important for its capabilities, and perhaps for recognition by other forum users that have the same model.

Excellent. Use eARC for the connection between the TV and the sound processing device.

Does the soundbar support being woken through CEC? Is CEC active on all HDMI devices?
Some soundbars get active from any incoming sound signal, so wouldn’t need CEC per se.
Its a beosound stage soundbar, and it support cec and there is no Sound if try to turn it on manualy, only if i make a total restart of the tv
If i disconnect the apple tv by the hdmi it all works fine
