Music in iTunes is not syncing to my iPhone or playing on my Mac

HI, can anyone please advise what I need to do, my iTunes Music not synching from my mac mini to Iphone 14 pro max.

Here are the steps that I did:

• Closing and reopening Itunes
• I have tried restarting my Mac
• I have updated both the mac and the iphone to the latest software version
• I have uninstalled the apple music app in the iphone and reinstall it.
• I tried syncing it with an old iphone and it works. But not my 14 PM

Any help is very much appreciated
