I have deleted my apple id. But i didn’t log out before the deletion. Now i can’t remove or sign in to this id. Ehat to do

I have created a new apple id for my brother who is minor, under family sharing option. I am the parent for this apple id.
But when i tried to logout this apple id from ipad i couldn’t do that because of parental control. So i deleted the apple id by login into privacy.apple.com. After 7 days my apple id was deleted.
Now my ipad is asking the password for the same apple id that i have deleted. But after giving password it shows me “cannot find this person”.
So i tried to log in with another apple id. But first i want to logut the deleted apple id using password. How to do that?
