Screen time not sharing across devices

Hi,

I have 3 devices (an iPhone, an iPad and a Mac) with screen time enabled and share across devices selected in all of them. However, they don´t seem to be sharing the data. The iPhone and iPad only show their individual activity, the MacBook shows its activity plus the iPad´s but not the iPhone´s.

They also don´t share any changes I make in downtime, app limits, etc.

All the software is updated, I have tried signing out of iCloud and restarting the devices but it still isn´t working.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
