Why am I not accessing subscriptions from apple family

I recently got a new iPad and joined an apple family.Even though I joined I wasn’t accessing any of the subscriptions although everyone else in the family does.It makes me accept the request so I’m in the family right now but they are telling me I have no shares subscriptions although the organizer has shared it with me
