How do i turn OFF the Music streaming app (Apple Music) and ONLY access my stored music library on my iMac?

This is making me crazy. I cannot turn off the streaming app. I do NOT want to pay to stream music, I only want to use my stored library of music.

Everything seems to keep pushing me back to the streaming app (Apple Music) and all I want to do is listen to the collection I have carefully collected over the years.

Please help!
