Student subscription on apple music

I had an apple id that i’ve just deleted. i had subscribed on apple music with my student email and got verified. now that i have stopped using that apple id and having permanently deleted it, i want to verify my student subscription on my new apple id and i cant verify it apparently it’s still active on my previous apple id , how do i inactivate my previous subscription ? iphone 11 .
