I think I might have erased my iPhone from find my iPhone and I lost my email, number, data, pretty much all my stuff and It won’t let me get it back. is there anyway I can get it back

I backed it up to iCloud, how can I get that back? I’m sorry I’m kinda new with all this and Upset that I don’t have my phone number or Service
So all I have to do is factory reset my phone and It will give me an option to get it back?
Great! If you backed it up, and you know you did, then you should be able to reset the phone to factory settings. Basically you would be setting it up as a brand new phone and when it gets to the part where you would like to back up from iCloud, you would choose that option. What does it show on your screen?? How do you know the phone is erased??
If you ever backed it up to iCloud or an external hard drive… You should be able to get your information back. If you’ve never backed it up in any form, then it’s gone.🫣
Sure will!! if it was saved in the cloud then you will always have that option to back it up from iCloud. Hope this helps you somewhat.
