ricoh sp 210 printer is not working on mac

I have a ricoh sp 210 model printer, connected to the mac mini m2 2023 version. after installing the drivers it is showing printer is connected idle. while printing the printer icon blinks for a while with document queue, then it goes off. no printing. any one can solve this issue.
