My podcast says "uploaded" but wont let me publish

Once I've filled out all of the spaces for title, description, episode and all, I go to upload audio. After checking "make audio available immediately" and "anyone can listen", I upload my audio (mp3) and get to the 100% of uploading. It then takes me back to the episode page where "publish" is not a highlighted option my mouse can click on! I can make a small change and the save button will appear, but not the publish button! Help!
