Body of email fails to print

Recently received a number of emails from the same sender. I can see the email in MacMail and on Gmail on the web. When I go to print the email, the body of the email does not show in preview, does not show in Save as PDF and obviously does not print. From either app.

I updated the drivers on my HP and even tried a second Brother Laser printer. Behavior is the same.

I can print from my iPhone or iPad. If I forward the email to another they can print.

iMac 2019, updated to the latest version of Ventura.

stuck at this point and would love any suggestions.

The email does not show it has an attachment. So that is not it,

Setup your Gmail for IMAP based checking.

Then add other type account on Mac Mail for your Gmail settings, using the settings recommended on Google's website.

You can also visit http://www.gmail.com/ and use the toolbar inside the Gmail website (not the browser toolbar itself), to request a print of the message.

I have tried both. Still the same behavior when I try to print or Save as PDF. Something is preventing these particular emails from encoding properly for printing.
