Issue with microphone (on calls)

Hi everyone, I have an iPhone 12 and I'm having problems with the microphone.

The microphone does NOT work in phone calls.

The microphone WORKS in Whatsapp Audio, Whatsapp calls and videos

Anysuggestions to solve it?
