New iPhone 13 upgrade - now my purchased music won’t play. I updated to latest, deleted the library, and when I tried to download back to my library, although it says purchased, I can’t download my music! Now what?
See if it's been hidden. Open the iTunes Store app, scroll to the bottom, view your Apple ID and sign in, look for hidden purchases.
It is not hidden. When I search for the music, it shows that I have purchased it (I did). But I cannot download it to my phone, nor can I play it.
