Currently Playing on Lockscreen

I have an iPhone 15 pro (previously had a 13 pro). On both phones I had the same thing happen: when playing music through my airpods or bluetooth speaker, if I accidentally tap the lockscreen the size of the album artwork/track name/etc goes to a much smaller portion of my screen. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make it go back to full screen from this little one inch high widget. It's frustrating, and my aging eyes prefer the larger, full screen option. Currently how it’s showing.
