Dictation gets it right and then it gets auto-edited and turns out wrong

The Apple dictation is turning into an absolute nightmare. When I dictate it goes back and corrects words and entire sentences that it got right in the first place and then it turns them into something else. It's as if they're using AI to go and correct what I dictate but it's a completely wrong and even completely changes the meaning of the sentence. I am not a fan of AI because all this new AI is dumber than dirt and only gives a false illusion of intelligence. Is there a way to turn off the AI part of the dictation?
