iMessage not sending my texts

One second I’m able to send messages and the next my messages won’t send. It happened in the morning and I restarted my phone, but it happened again this afternoon. I don’t want to have to restart my phone every time. Can this be fixed or does Apple need to fix it?

I have good connection so I know it wasn’t my connection.
