Messages not synching after 17.5

After updating to 17.5 on my iPad and iPhone 15 and to 10.5 on my watch my messages no longer synch between the three devices. No one device shows all of the messages. I’ve tried restarting and logged out and back in to iCloud on my phone and iPad but it didn’t help. Any suggestions?
