Issue downloading Original Quality Video (MOV) from iCloud website to my Windows 11 PC

Until last week, when I selected the ORIGINAL Quality video download, I've used to get my .mov file in 4K quality. Since early today, I've tried with the 3 possible options, and is only downloading a compressed, low res mp4 version of the video. Is there any issue on the website?
