Apps i bought and book

I bought app for sport and it doesn’t work it stopped to work and asked me to pay again second one I bought a book for level three unfortunately the book was with me for long time o bought the book before I started my college after I start I realised the book it is not included gas part for level three I tried to contact no one respond me
