Chosen Watch Faces not appearing

The Watch Faces I’ve selected in the app aren’t appearing on the Watch anymore. I updated my iPhone 12 mini to iOS 17 and then the watch (series 5) required an update. I did that and everything was great for about a week. Then there was another update on the watch and it was all good.


I use the sleep measurement info on one of my Watch Faces and when I went to check it this morning, it was set on my large number Nike face. Also, when I swipe between faces, the time shows as 10:09:30 and then quickly changes to the correct time. (I have seen another post complain of this but there was no solution to that. Annoying.)


I quickly checked my Watch app and the faces are there just as I chose them. I tried turning it off and on again, which has worked for some things, but not this time.


Anyone else have this issue? Is there a solution?
