I am not able to hear others on my Apple Watch since the update

Hello, after update in this year my watch is useless. Not only that I cant find find my phone shortcut, flashligt… but I cant tallk/ answer on phone any more by watch, they can hear me, but I dont have speakerphone and cant hear any voice. Somebody know how to fix that? How to bring speaker phone again on calls??
