Required Data Notice Microsoft AutoUpdate

The following window started popping up a few times a day ever since I installed MS Office software. Anyone knows how to get rid of it? Importantly, I need to keep both software and automatic updates, and all the threads on this just recommend disabling automatic updates or deleting MS Office software altogether.
