Unless you were listed in a court filing to receive a refund of some kind in a bankruptcy filing (if there was one), there is nothing you can do about or with an out of business company.
I guess you could file a lawsuit yourself against Simply Mac but I'd imagine you'd be way down the list of those claiming harm and any payout would be years away, very tiny and likely far less than the cost of filing such a lawsuit.
