I have two IPhone ( 11 and 14 )attach with each other. I was unable
to use my iPhone 11 due to some reasons. Now I’m unable to use Apple Store or iCloud service because my iPhone 11 is locked due to security reasons. I tried to unlock it but apple is giving next date every time they are postponing my account unlock date. Please assist me

I sounds like you are being locked out due to entering the password in too many times. On the 10th time it will permanently ban the account. You will need to do an account recovery at Iforgot.apple.com.
