Apple Store Watford
Drove 60 mins to appointment to get phone fixed. Told me there was not enough time. Asked me to leave a business use phone (self employed)
Adrian, Manager Watford, stood over me and tried to recite the Apple Store Policy.
All very good but not on a bank holiday.
Why can’t a store exchange phone as can be done online, when they have accepted an appointment and then can fulfil it.
heading home now so that’s 2 hours of my life I won’t get back😞
