I want to remove my old card from my payment list.. I only subscribed 'Apple Music' on my account and it expired naturally on May 2nd, but when I try to remove my old debit card, it always says that 'you can't remove this card, because the card is still subscribing'. (Sorry about my English, I translated from my own language). and I can't add my new debit card on my apple account.

You will need to add the new card to your Apple music subscription first, then you can delete the old card.
