My Macbook wont log in and it keep spinning with the rainbow wheel after i have put in my password. I went ahead to restart it with ctrl+ command and the start key and it’s now a black screen with a blurry apple logo in the middle. I have also went ahead to hold down the start button but it’s not working.

Eg: error message / memory/storage full / software download / MacOS update etc.
