Unable to create an Apple ID

Hello, we try to create Apple ID via appleid.apple.com but after filling all information needed before verification step always receive the allert “your request could not be completed at the moment”. We trying to create the account from yesterday afternoon, unfortunatelly with same error message. Can you pls help us what to do diferently? Many thaks Zuzana
