I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I connected AirPods to the phone. When trying to use the phone without the AirPods, the volume on the actual phone got too low to be heard. Disconnected the AirPods completely, Forgot The Device on the phone and am returning the AirPods. Volume still is not working unless you use the speakerphone. Volume up button is useless. Turned phone off and back on, still no volume.
