Icloud stuck in my phone and i cant get it out

My apple id has been stolen, one day when i was using my phone a notification kept coming up stating i should enter password for my apple id, when i did it kept saying incorrect. I was a bid puzzled because my phone was the only device that it was in. Then i pressed forget password because my password was not going through and it asked me for the email that is on my apple id and i entered it and it says no apple id existed with the email that i entered, and that email is the email that is on my apple id, which is in my phone, i cant recover it or nothing and now its stuck in my phone and cant sign out, please help. I cant contact apple support because the phone that i am using is a refurbished phone i bought online and the only way i can contact apple support is this right here and to call but i cant call because it costs to do so.
