AirPod Max couldn’t duplicate the issue

So May 3rd I had went to the Apple Store to get my Airpod Max looked at for an issue where on the right side the audio would cut out after an hour of use and then disconnect and reconnect to my device it’s still under warranty so today I had checked the repair status on my AirPod Max and they are sending them back and it said they couldn’t duplicate the issue
