Shared pages document will not print on HP laptop

I have a couple contracts made in pages that I have shared with my team. They can open and edit them but when they go to print, it says “This document couldn’t be printed.” “Pages couldn’t create a pdf to print.” “There was an error exporting the document.” They are using iCloud since they are operating on an HP laptop. This worked for over a year. Then one of our locations could no longer print and a month later same issue at another location.
