Does anyone have their Apple ID constantly locking and requiring unlocking?

For no apparent reason, my Apple ID constantly locks, sometimes more than once a day. There is no action on my part that aligns with this other than breathing.

It locked twice this morning. It locked 3 times yesterday. Prior to this I just ignored the lock message most of the time as I was not impeded by the lock. I would unlock it occasionally so the re-locking occurred less (can't relock if it is already locked). This has been going on since the middle of last month.

I suspect that either my Apple ID is under attack by a very persistent person, under bot attack (wide spread open Apple IDs?), or perhaps a major issue with iCloud .
