I keep trying to update my iPad and it restarts. I tried to connect to computer to back it up or update it and it keeps restarting before it can get far. I swear I thought I just got a new battery for this not long ago so wouldn't think that is an issue as it has full charge...it just keeps restarting out of nowhere.
My mac mini is up to date. (Sonoma 14.4.1)
I'm using an Apple cord directly connected to my mac.
What else can I do???? HELP!!

Who replaced the iPad's battery? If you suspect issues subsequent to battery replacement, you would be best advised to return to whoever performed the battery replacement.
Be aware that if the replacement was performed by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), the battery will not be a third-party substitute. Also understand that you will have forfeited all support from Apple.
