I just got a new iPhone and ive gotten to the part where you log into your iCloud, so I’ve entered my email and password but 12 hours have now gone an it is still loading

Is the new iPhone connected to the internet ?
Is so, is the iPhone connected via a Wifi connection ?
If using only the Mobile Service Provider's mobile service - does your Mobile Service Provider offer the Data Plan that you have subscribed to ?
Sadly, the Apple Support Community Forums have recently been over-run by AI / LMM / ChatBots.
