AirPods Max click sound

Hi, I recently bought a AirPods Max(few days ago) and noticed that in right Ear when you move right headphone or when you put it on, you can hear click sound. In the media control buttons area. Does it mechanical issues or what? Cause like I said before they brand new or it’s factory problems
