Apple one and iCloud subscription

Hello, I took advantage of the free Apple One option and set it so that after the subscription ends, I only have to extend iCloud 50GB for PLN 5. Apple One expired on May 8. I still have services and iCloud 50gb but I didn't pay for it. What to do?
