Is it possible to treat reminders like alarms?

Hey, so I have my iPhone pretty much constantly muted and I prefer it that way for pretty much all notifications. When it comes to reminders however, I'm kinda in desperate need of a way to get it to ring too. Otherwise it is just too easy for me not to notice the reminder or to expect it to be a normal notification/text.

Apple seems to consider this issue when it comes to setting up alarms, as these always ring/produce sound, even with normal sound turned off. Would feel kinda stupid if the only way to escape this problem were to set alarms instead of reminders...

Is there a way to make reminders ring even when the phone is generally muted?
