MacBook Air keyboard A-I typing wrongly or just downright unresponsive

The middle row of my 2015 MacBook Air keyboard is writing random lettering and not the what it’s meant to be typing , for example “A” mutes and unmutes, “s” raises brightness and types w2, etc. this only affects keys a-L, it’s been brought in for a clean, fixed it for about two days, then when I fully reset the MacBook it resolved itself for about a day and now it’s back so it’s likely software sided but now reinstalling macOS hasn’t fixed it. Checked accessibility, keyboard settings, etc. Any solutions to it? It is running Monterey 12.7.4.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7
