Uploading unpaired watch’s workouts

i had an iPhone 14 pro which I had to get repaired, and therefore wiped. Currently waiting for the repair.

Meanwhile, I’m using an iPhone X, and, since it is just temporary, I didn’t bother pairing it with my watch.

I did some workouts with my watch, however, and none of them uploaded to the fitness app. Is there some way to force this upload via Wi-Fi?
