Blank apple id but signed in to an apple id?

My phone hasn’t been set up or worked right since I had it. Until reading the iphone user and online I didn’t know that. I always thought there was issues and there is..Im just gonna ask about the newest thing Ive encountered in the last wk and half, and now my phone is disabled and I am using an old phone that is just ran by wifi but now this iphone 14 is doing the exact same that mzmy xr was prior to Passcode not working. There is an apple id signed in but its blank.I cannot see what the ID is and if I want to access anything it ask for my password to my id and then will send a call to my phone??
