animated album artwork isn’t working on a specific artist

when i play a song that’s in my playlist it doesn’t show the animated album artwork even though it has animated artwork when i click on the album. does anyone know how to fix this? i have animated artwork on, low battery power off, and all the other stuff ive seen online
