using a physical security key for login

I’m looking for a good method to keep hackers out of my devices, and logging into my accounts masquerading as myself and ruining my profile, stealing my account information by clamping to be me and entering the website with a one time password code generated by the web platform. If the security key is used as intended, I have the one key to enter the site on my device, No emulating software to fake my login device . The key is a one of a kind device working in collaboration with my login device to answer the login interrogation.
