icloud app on windows wont upload all photos

Hi there,

I am trying to upload around 19,000 photos from my windows laptop to icloud as a backup. I started yesterday by downloading the icloud app for windows, than dragged the photos & videos I want to upload from my harddrive to icloud photos app. It started to work just fine but since yesterday it stopped working after uploading around 8000 photos & some videos. (Its around 20 GB I have the 200 GB icloud plan)

Can someone help me please?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the icloud app but it doesnt help. My internet connection is good as far as I know. And it worked fine but than stopped..
