Green Dot and what they identify as Apple Cash Support is just how they describe themselves. Take a look at your Terms and Conditions (note the name in the link). 😀

Here’s the first paragraph.
>>The features of Apple Cash are services provided by Green Dot Bank or Apple Payments Inc. as described in the following terms and conditions. By using Apple Cash, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which include your agreement to receive all Apple Cash communications electronically, provide certain personal information to Green Dot Bank, Apple Payments Inc., and their affiliates, and resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration. Fee information for Apple Cash is provided below the following terms and conditions.<<
It really doesn’t matter what they call themselves. If you read the T&C you’ll come across their contact information.
>>Contact Green Dot Bank by calling (877) 233-8552, by mail for disputes at P.O. Box 9, West Chester, Ohio, or by mail for general customer service at P.O. Box 1070, West Chester, Ohio 45071, or visit www.greendot.com.<<
It’s no big deal, but you need to know who you’re working with.
When large amounts of cash are transferred (or attempted) banks are required to investigate, as required by Federal banking regulations. They determined that your business has too much risk and have elected not to do further business with you.
Explanations are not forthcoming. They are prevented from discussing the matter by the Bank Secrecy Act and later amendments.
I’m happy to explain but we’re all fellow Apple users. If your goal is an explanation from Green Dot, you’ll never get one. If you want to file a complaint, use the link below. In my opinion it won’t get the explanation you want, but you’ll perhaps have some closure and can move on.
